Console performance modes at launch
The day-one patch adds Performance mode targeting 60 FPS on PS5, PS5 Pro and Xbox Series X. Those consoles also have Balanced mode targeting 40 FPS and Quality mode targeting 30 FPS. Xbox Series S targets 30 FPS. A target is not a guarantee of a locked frame rate, so independent launch testing still matters.

The four final PC targets assume DLSS, FSR or XeSS set to Balanced. They are not native-resolution guarantees. Every tier calls for Windows 10 with DirectX 12, 16 GB RAM and 60 GB on an SSD; the CPU, GPU and VRAM change with the target below.
More ways to play on PC
GOG sells a DRM-free PC version that does not require GOG Galaxy. The Xbox version is available on Xbox consoles, Xbox on PC and cloud, with Play Anywhere support. NVIDIA has also listed the game for GeForce NOW at launch.
Editions do not change the unlock time
Standard, Eclipse, Day One and Collector's editions all use the same launch date. The Sangoran Wayfarer's Armor is an early unlock for eligible preorders, not an exclusive item; it can also be earned later in the game. The Eclipse digital extras can be purchased later as an upgrade for Standard and Day One editions.
